Maybe not good or favorite but cheap and easy. Just made a nice grilled tofu. Marinade: 1/2 cup EVOO, 1/8 cup Balsy Vinegar, pinch sugar, pepper, salt, 1 crushed garlic clove. Medium heat 7 minutes, flip for 5 more.
