2 frozen bananas
1/2 - 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 - 3/4 cup frozen mangoes
1/4 cup sunbutter
1 scoop protein powder
1 Tbsp total omega vegan swirl
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 Tbsp hemp or flax seeds
